Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to process and fulfill your order: contact email, gaming platform, account credentials, and payment details handled securely by Stripe.

Account credentials are encrypted at rest and accessed only by authorized fulfillment staff for the duration of your order. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Payment card data is processed entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We use Resend for transactional emails such as order confirmations and status updates.

You may request deletion of your order data after fulfillment by contacting support. Operational logs may be retained for fraud prevention and accounting purposes.
