Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver your COD Points order, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.

Once COD Points have been successfully delivered to your account, orders are non-refundable because digital goods cannot be reversed.

If you cancel before fulfillment begins, we will issue a refund through Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
